New ASUZA summer singlets have arrived just in time for festival season. Jonny Goldcoast ( one half of Asuza) has gotta be the most charismatic guy in the business. We thought we'd lay down some quick questions with our southern brother....VG style.

2) GOT ANY VICES?
JONNY: Worked at VICE for 6 years so yup I got plenty. Here's a few my fiancee Maxine has suggested - smoking, farting, wine, whisky, mushrooms, watching AFL / any sports, listening to black metal in the bath whilst masturbating & crying, speling, saying yes, abusing my prostate, not being aware of my own level of arousal.. pooing within 2 mins of having a coffee - make that 2 secs of smelling coffee.
3) ANY MUSIC THAT'S GRABBIN YOU BY THE BALLS?
JONNY: Anything Eno, Anything Bowie, Anything Dylan, Young Eienstein Soudtrack, Grinderman 2 was worth a couple of listens, dirty three will be good to see again this summer, bought Seu Jorge & Almaz new release on vynil (SEXY) like Moon Duo a lot + old faves like talking heads, roxy music, Neu!, CAN, Cluster, Silver Apples, Suicide, INXS (last two so put together on purpose).

4) WHAT'S THE CRAZIEST SHIT THAT'S HAPPENED TO YOUR WHILE INEBRIATED?
JONNY: Well lame cause uninebriated but today right I walked outside where we are setting up our flagship store in Melbourne and discovered not one but two freshly squished pigeons.
Double dead pigeon yo. Now here's the catch - looked up and behold there readith a ye old sign 'LIFE WITH BIRD'.
No shit - picture attached muthafuker. Crazy right? Right? Rrrrright? RIGHT??? FUCKING KILL ME GODMAN PUT ME OUT OF THIS RIGHTEOUS BROTHERS HELL!!!!!!!!
Note - This was inspired by Dan. Actually happened to him but I went and took the photo, we are in tune like when girl flatmates get period together etc.
5) LOVER OR FIGHTER?
JONNY: BROTHER GOT A LIGHTER
6) FAVOURITE SPREAD ON TOAST?
JONNY: Either olive oil and dark miso paste on gluten free bread or on rye Avocado, olive oil, lemon + tabasco
7) GOT A BEER OF CHOICE?
JONNY: Cider is the new beer man.. discovered 2 Brothers Brewery last weekend and they do the nest Pear Cider EVER!! http://www.2brothers.com.au
8) WHAT'S THE GORIEST THING YOU'VE EVER SEEN?
JONNY: We had a "Gross Jar" at VICE for a while. Ha everything from human faeces, blood, urine, used band aids, cigarette buts, dead jelly fish, sperm etc in it and was left for couple of months outside in the heat... weird science.
9) ARE YOU A FOLDER OR SCRUNCHER?
JONNY: Muncher
JONNY: Only on my stepfathers Ian's advice - whilst serving in Vietnam they were instructed to pee on your feet in the shower to cure / prevent tinea. So yeah that's how my peeing in the shower story goes. I also save 2 buckets of water in every shower and put on our veggie patch.
10) DO YOU PEE IN THE SHOWER?
Sometimes when I come home I just pee on the vegie patch direct though. Some tomatoes like it some tomatoes don't. Oh yeah recently when bumming a couch in Chance and Rob's hotel in the states I got really into peeing in the shower.
